Emergency Lighting
Emergency Lighting is an integral part of any Commercial or Public Area requirements.
In order to safeguard both the Public and Staff alike, Emergency Lighting is a useful tool in times of Evacuation or Power Loss.
All of our Emergency Lighting Systems are designed, installed and maintained to the current British Standards and Legislation's and in accordance with current guidelines.
Scheduled maintenance is always required and can be carried out by ITS in a manner as not to interrupt your daily operations.
Lighting Design
Any Lighting System or Installation can be designed to suit its purpose, whether it be a requirement for Display or Production, we can design a lighting scheme that suits the required LUX Levels and produce a Lighting Plan and 3D Image of the proposed installation.
Periodic Inspection Reports
A Periodic Inspection Report is an inspection on the condition of an existing electrical installation, to identify any non-compliance's in conjunction with the Current IEE Wiring Regulations (BS7671) and the actual 'state' of the installation.
Tests are carried out on wiring and any fixed electrical equipment to check that it is safe.
A Report is then produced which includes each circuit and any defects.
Every electrical installation deteriorates with use and age, so it is important for the person responsible for the maintenance of the installation to be sure that the safety of users is not put at risk, and that the installation continues to be in a safe and serviceable condition, especially in a Commercial or Leased Property.
It is recommended that periodic inspection and testing is carried out at least every 3 - 5 years for a rented or leased Commercial property which may reduce dependant on the age of the installation and type of premises.
For rented or leased property this may be dependent on the type of business or property use, it is always advisable to check with your landlord and insurance company.

We are Insured for Public Liability and have an added Insurance for any Indemnity against goods provided

IPAF Licensed
For added benefit to your projects and repairs, we hold a number of IPAF Licenses for operating motorised access equipment which includes cherry pickers and scissor lifts.
This means that we can incorporate our staff that hold licenses into the installation or repair works without the need to hire a separate operator who is counterproductive and expensive when on site.
We can hire the access equipment for you and include it in our costs or use your own if available keeping your costs even lower.
